Project Management Training

All our project management training courses are customized to meet your organizations needs.  We can run courses between 1 and 5 days.  Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Project Kick-Off Meeting

We will work with you to prepare and facilitate your first project kick off meeting.  This will result in everyone involved in the project coming together and understand the project objectives, the key success factor, roles and responsibilities and next steps.

Project Quality Assurance Review

We will conduct a review of your project and determine the following:

• Is a structured approach used to manage the project?
• Are the right documents there to plan and control work?
• Are the appropriate people roles in place?

We will prepare a report with our findings for your review
